So one of the best effing things I have ever put in my effing mouth is the grilled lemon garlic artichoke..gajaghaja…AH, sorry, almost choked on my own drool there for a sec…whoa yeah it’s so good, I don’t use the term “orgasm in my mouth” loosely and this definitely makes that happen for me. I love it so much I have to make it at least a couple of times a month. I would do it more often if it wasn’t a bit of a process but if I was a single lady with a little extra time on my hands, I’d be all about it on the daily. So one way to do this is to put the sauce on it right before grilling and eat each petal at a time…OR you can put a small amount of the sauce on, grill it, peel all of the petals off ahead of time, heat up the rest of the sauce in a bowl, then dip the petals into the sauce. The second way is great as an appetizer for guests and btw, I use almost twice the amount of garlic that the recipe calls for…I’m a slave to garlic, it’s like crack.
